Pasta Grill by Enzo ("Pasta Grill," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes what personal information we collect through our website and online ordering platform, including Pasta Grill Rewards (together, the "Services"), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. This Privacy Policy applies to the Pasta Grill by Enzo website and online ordering platform. It doesn't apply to third-party sites we link to, such as our reservations partner or social media — if you visit those, please read their own privacy policies, as we aren't responsible for their practices.

Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, postal or delivery address, and the password for your account, when you create an account or join Pasta Grill Rewards.
Commercial information: items ordered, order history, pickup or delivery preferences, and your Pasta Grill Rewards activity (points earned, redeemed, and balance).
Financial information: processed by our third-party payment processor; we receive confirmation of payment, not your full card number.
Communications: messages you send us, such as through our contact form, and your marketing preferences.
Usage & device information: basic website analytics, such as pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, and device/browser type, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

We may also receive information from other sources, such as a friend who refers you through Pasta Grill Rewards' Refer & Earn program.

3. How We Use Your Information

To take, prepare, and fulfill your pickup or delivery orders, and process payment.
To create and maintain your account and Pasta Grill Rewards balance, including earning, redeeming, and expiring points, and administering the welcome credit, birthday/anniversary benefits, and Refer & Earn program.
To send order confirmations, receipts, and other transactional messages.
To send marketing emails or text messages if you've opted in, and to let you manage those preferences.
To respond to questions or feedback submitted through our contact form.
To keep the Services secure and working properly, including detecting and preventing fraud or misuse of Pasta Grill Rewards.
To understand how the Services are used so we can improve them, through basic website analytics.
To comply with applicable law, such as tax and recordkeeping requirements.

4. How We Share Your Information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Services:

With our payment processor, to complete your transaction.
With a delivery provider, when you place a delivery order, so your order can reach you.
With the technology providers that host and run this website and ordering platform, and provide website analytics.

If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Pasta Grill, our customers, or others.

If you opt in, we'll send marketing emails and texts about offers, news, and order updates. The Services are built for adults ordering food, not for kids — we don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13. If you're a parent and think your child has shared details with us, reach out and we'll take it down.

10. Your Choices & Rights

You can review and update your account information at any time by signing in. You can opt out of marketing emails and texts as described above. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, to request a copy of it, to request that we correct or delete it, or to opt out of certain uses. 11. Pasta Grill Rewards & Your Information

Joining Pasta Grill Rewards means giving us the information described above in exchange for the program's benefits (points, the welcome credit, birthday/anniversary treats, and Refer & Earn rewards). Participation is voluntary — you can leave the program at any time as described in our Terms, which will end your ability to earn or redeem points and may forfeit any unused balance.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
